   Our Home-Visit/Snow Bird service gives you peace of mind when traveling, that your home is being maintained the way you want. Whether for a day, a month, or all winter long leave your home in good hands with regular visits and updates from HomeWatch.

   Meeting your insurance requirements guarantees your policy will be honored, check your insurance guidelines to make sure you maintain compliance with your policy during all seasons.
   I will meet with you to customize a plan which meets your individual needs, then create a checklist of essentials services to maintain your home the way you would.
 For example, I will walk your property outside checking for any fallen debris and any exterior damage to your home. I will keep a check on any wildlife moving in when your not there and look for signs of anyone else being on the property. I will clear all unwanted newspapers and advertisements from your home.
     In their absence my clients love that I also offer plant/garden watering if  needed. Inside during my walkabout, your home is again surveyed for any disruption or damage out of the ordinary keeping an eye on whether your home is functioning the way it should be. 
    In the winter months its mandatory to have your sidewalks cleared for the safety of your neighbours HomeWatch can provide this service.  It is also especially important to have a home visit during a power outage to check your appliances and furnace is still working. I also recommend lights on timers(interior/exterior) during the winter months for extra security for  your home.
 If the police are needed to come to the home (whether for an alarm or break-in) I will meet with them and help with any reports required for your property.                               
   HomeWatch recommends you have photos of your home on file before travelling in case of insurance emergencies. HomeWatch can offer this service if you need professional photos.

   HomeWatch can also be available to open up your home for contractors, real estate agents, serviceman and photographers. If at any time your property requires service or repair I can arrange for this and be present at the home.

HomeVisit-  $30 / Visit- includes  walk around inside and out                                                 for local standard size home, plant watering, mail                            pick-up etc. (extra charges may apply for larger homes)

$50 / Availability Fee- 1 time charge for extended periods (over 2                                                               weeks) for  24/7 Alarm Contact
